🏆 AWI Qualifier Freestyle

AWI Freestyle: The freestyle round is a timed routine judged on a 40-point scale in four categories: Dog, Human, Team, and Overall. The catch ratio (catches vs. throws) is also recorded, but only used as a tiebreaker.

🏆 AWI Qualifier T&C

In the Toss & Catch round, competitors are given 60 seconds in which to complete as many throws as possible with one disc.

🏆 Parallel Time Trial

Parallel Time Trial is a head-to-head dog frisbee event where two teams compete side by side on a split field. In the qualifier, speed matters — teams must complete two catches as fast as possible. In elimination rounds, the first team to make two successful catches beyond 20 yards wins the matchup.

👥 Handlers Banquet

Handlers dinner: 15 Euro per person, veggie or meat.

Freestyle is a 120-second timed routine judged on a 40-point scale across four categories: Drive & Athleticism, Ingenuity, Sequences & Flow, and Comprehensive. Only catches from thrown discs count—takes are not scored.

🏆 UFO Local T&C

Throw & Catch is a 60-second round where teams complete as many throws as possible with one disc.

🏆 UFO D-Tour

A UFO D-Tour competition is all about long-distance throwing—the goal is to throw the disc as far as possible, and of course, your dog has to catch it at the end! 🐕‍🦺🥏

👥 Hiking on “Mariborsko Pohorje”

Explore the natural beauty of Mariborsko Pohorje! From peaceful forest trails to scenic views, Pohorje offers unforgettable hiking adventures. Tt’s a beautiful and easy 12km (6km one way) walk through nature!🌲☀️. Midway we can have luch, there is a turist destination on both ends.

✔️ Suncream and tick repellant
✔️ Backpack with water & snacks
✔️ Water bowl for your dog
✔️ Longer leash & harness (for hikings if possible)

An easy and scenic route perfect for unwinding, discovering local culture, and enjoying time with fellow disc dog enthusiasts!

Pairs Freestyle is a routine featuring two human throwers and one dog, focusing on creativity and teamwork. Teams perform synchronized moves, simultaneous throws, and coordinated sequences. The emphasis is always on the dog’s involvement, making it both dynamic and fun to watch.

Pairs T&C is a disc dog event where two human throwers take turns making accurate throws to one dog. Both throwers must stay behind the throwing line, and teamwork is key for retrieving and positioning. The goal is to achieve maximum catches with precision and coordination.
